I have been practicing since 2014 after three years of study at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. I support a holistic approach to health and wellness, and exercise a variety of therapeutic techniques; from Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Basic Manual Lymph Drainage, Visceral and Neuromuscular Therapy, to Prenatal, Postpartum and Infant Massage.
I have taken specific continuing education courses to acquire the knowledge and expertise to be able to work with women in some of the most challenging times in their life. Women’s Health is my greatest passion; and therefore, my independent practice focuses on supporting each woman along their healing journey by facilitating a safe and comfortable space to empower and equip each woman to actively realize their health and wellness goals.
