Dianna is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. Her passion for the power of massage in healing is immense, and driven by her personal experience of massage being instrumental in helping her regain mobility after injury. She is constantly fascinated by the interconnected nature of everything in the body, and her practice is based on the foundation that creating ease and decreasing and managing pain can help her patients improve their quality of life and help them continue or return to activities they enjoy. With a multi-faceted approach that can, when warranted, include joint mobilizations, active release, fascial release, and deep tissue massage, she loves to find what each individual patient requires, to feel at their best. She now has completed the first phase of her Craniosacral Therapy training with the upledger institute, and is ready to offer these treatments to patients. A lover of all things active and/or outdoors, she’s been a small-boat sailor, a gardener/landscaper, and a yoga teacher. She is proud to call the peninsula home and is enjoying building her practice in the community.
