Looks like we somehow double-posted within the very same minute, that is, only seconds in difference, which is amazing, but anyway: I understand that this is an error at my end, although I am certainly not alone, either. I am still waiting for Version to officially become available, and will probably try to download it in June, which is a month after it is launched, in order to be safe as in after most possible issues with it are fixed.
I have now tried almost every single solution being mentioned which I dare to try , but unfortunately, nothing seems to work, and this feels like beating a dead horse. However, I will keep trying, so please continue to bear with me for a while, but I am now closer and closer to giving up the troubleshooting. My deepest apologies for such an extremely late reply, since this issue eventually turned out to be almost insurmountable and actually forced me to go offline to the point that I even asked for my user account to be temporarily deactivated while continuing the troubleshooting on my own yeah, I know that was unnecessary.
And meanwhile, I also had some musical inspiration that I needed an outlet for which I could not focus on unless I did as described above, but as time passed, I gradually regretted my decision and asked for my user account to be reactivated, and here I am again, back on the forums and will never, ever, do that again. However, to answer your question, there is no reason that I want to use IE 11 other than that I am a web browser enthusiast and that this issue seemed to coincide with a Windows 10 update, as well as the fact that I did not do anything particular to start it either, as it just immediately and unexplainably appeared.
Nonetheless, I have tried several methods to fix this issue, such as performing a clean install of Windows 10, which albeit fixed it, but unfortunately, it also revived another previous issue pertaining to my graphics card driver, namely that the computer would hard hang without a compatible driver being installed in due time. Consequently, I decided that I should disk image restore my system with Acronis True Image because I considered it to be way too much work to reinstall all my software, let alone find a compatible graphics card driver, as native AMD drivers never seemed to work, and that issue was apparently fixed by the OS itself.

I decided to once again try fixing Internet Explorer 11 by firstly starting IE 11 with Extensions turned off and secondly to uninstall Ghostery which, unfortunately no longer is available for IE And, upon doing this, IE 11 started working properly again and displays webpages like a charm.
