Thanks for your response. I have set up an Excel Automated program to utilize SnagIt to Capture some data and return for review. This was the best location I could find for this, as it seemed to relate to VBA programming code. If this is incorrect, my apologies. All is working to run, open IE, create folders, get to screens needed, open the SnagIt tool, however, at the screen Capture line, it is failing. This is a program we ran last year for the same project under SnagIt Ver 10, no issues. We have tested with both versions, and the fail is still at the Capture line.
We have reached out to the SnagIt developers, they are unable to assist at this point as to why this capture of the screenshot is failing. If anyone has any suggestions, please advise as this is a time sensitive matter for a Large number of files. Currently, we are working OT on the manual process until further updates can be provided.
