Did you just install it or has it been working fine until just recently? Which version are you using? When you watch it start up does it seem to get stuck at loading the license?

I have the same problem except that for me autocad only hangs during start up when I am NOT on my office network. At some client’s, I use my phone to access the internet and Autocad never starts. Otherwise it works and starts OK I looked at the article you referred to but before making all these tests and changes I want to see some logic on a probable cause. I’ve one specific CAD file stuck at loading screen and not working.
