I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2008, and have been practicing for 15 years. I completed the 200 hour Mastectomy Guide Mentorship program in July 2024. During treatments, I enjoy fostering a relaxing, quiet and safe space to de-stress, while at the same time working with a therapeutic focus. Treatments are very gentle and supportive. I utilize a variety of techniques including scar release, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, cranio-sacral, swedish massage, to help patients tap into their body’s innate wisdom to heal itself.
